For a while there this week, it looked as though first dog Bo Obama was left in charge of the White House while the first family was on vacation — then we remembered that Bo was airlifted to his family’s vacation home. Someone left behind tweeted this photo of Bo, quoting the 2004 movie “Mean Girls.”
