Shocker: HealthCare.gov 'unlikely to work by end of month'

The Washington Post is reporting tonight that it’s unlikely the broken HealthCare.gov website will be fixed by Nov. 30 as promised. A source close to the project tells the Post that the system is currently struggling to serve half its intended capacity, and contractor CGI Federal “has succeeded in repairing only about six of every 10 of the defects it has attempted so far.”
