Eric Holder looking into electronic bracelets for legal gun owners

That’s right; the man who lost track of who knows how many guns in the Fast and Furious operation is toying with the idea of issuing electronic bracelets (or some other worn item) to gun owners. The idea is similar to “smart guns” with fingerprint ID, so that a gun can be fired only by its bracelet-wearing owner. Good idea, huh?
