Sen. Rand Paul hasn’t hesitated to take shots at other presumptive 2016 GOP presidential candidates, such as accusing Sen. Marco Rubio of being an isolationist who wants to “build a moat” and trolling Jeb Bush and Mitt Romney with a Common Core friendship bracelet. What seems to concern the Weekly Standard’s Stephen Hayes is Paul’s apparent reticence in attacking President Obama with the same enthusiasm.
Speaking to WAVE 3 News in Louisville, Ky., Paul criticized President Obama’s actions in Libya, but not his intentions.
