'Asking for a friend': Bill Clinton wonders if @POTUS Twitter handle stays with the office

Now that Barack Obama is tweeting as @POTUS, Bill Clinton is curious: does Obama get to keep the name, or does the @POTUS Twitter handle stay with the office of president? The fact that he’s “asking for a friend” was a big hit with his followers, who retweeted the question around 12,000 times in the space of a half-hour.
