Bloomberg editor challenges those mocking New York Times' bombshell on Rubio traffic tickets

Twitter had a good laugh yesterday over the New York Times’ “bombshell” report that Marco Rubio and his wife together had accumulated 17 traffic citations dating back to 1997, with the man who would be president flouting the law speeding around in his Ford F-150 sports utility vehicle.

Bloomberg Politics managing editor Mark Halperin for whatever reason decided that he’d be the one to ask the big question:

You know what he meant.

It’s interesting that Halperin brings up a “hypothetical” yet safely irrelevant hit piece on the Clintons.

Yes, this was Halperin in April.

Come on, now, it was an honest question. Let’s treat it with the respect it deserves. Would you conservatives say the same if the traffic ticket story were about the Clintons?
