Vice President Joe Biden, after striding on stage to the theme from “Rocky,” spoke glowingly of candidate Hillary Clinton and managed for the most part to convince America that he should have run instead. Love or hate him, he was a hard act to follow.
Tim Kaine is an able, competent politician. But, man, after that Biden speech and the expectation of the Obama speech, he is overshadowed.
