Update:

The Independent reports that three people sustained non-life threatening injuries in the fire. NBC News reports that there has been one serious injury.

NBC News: One person has been seriously injured at the 3 alarm fire at Trump Tower, per a senior FDNY official. At this time the fire has been knocked down, 140 firefighters on-scene.
