NAILED IT: This 2016 election prediction from Sally Kohn continues to age 'like milk'

As Twitchy readers know, after protesters chased DHS chief Kirstjen Nielsen out of a restaurant and surrounded her home and harassed Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi at a movie screening, Rep. Maxine Waters called for more of the same: “If you see anybody from that Cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd and you push back on them, and you tell them they’re not welcome anymore, anywhere.”

And that was before we learned that a burned animal carcass was left on a Homeland Security staffer’s porch.

Anyway, there are some tweets that always seem to bubble back up to the surface on Twitter when situations like this arise, and the public has decided it’s a good time to resurrect this gem from Sally Kohn from right before the 2016 election:

I can't remember in my lifetime the sheer rage of a group over an election.
Had Hillary won the right would have been angry yes, as most of us believe she broke the law and got off Scott free. But there's no way there would have been the kind of vitriol we see today from the left
