White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders explained the decision to ban Acosta in a thread Wednesday night:

We’re old enough to remember Acosta and CNN being pissed that they weren’t guaranteed a question at every press briefing and that other news outlets had been invited into the conversation.

They whined too when they lost their front-row status and were moved to “the equivalent of Siberia” during a news conference. Will the drama never end?
