Charles C. W. Cooke wants to know how Broward Co. doesn't know how many votes it has left to count

As Twitchy reported earlier, Sen. Marco Rubio posted a thread Thursday wondering how Bay County in Florida managed to get all its election results in on time despite having suffered a Category 4 hurricane just a month ago, and yet Broward County’s supervisor still doesn’t know how many ballots are left to be counted, more than 41 hours after the polls closed.

Oh man, we’re old enough to remember voters crying during testimony because there were just certain they’d accidentally voted for Bush by mistake. And that alone was embarrassing enough to keep them from giving it a shot anyway.
