Justice Sonia Sotomayor just keeps racking up the hot takes over Biden's OSHA vaccine mandate

As Twitchy reported, during arguments over President Joe Biden’s vaccine mandate that would be enforced by OSHA, Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor came up with a couple of doozies that even PolitiFact couldn’t gloss over. Sotomayor said that the Omicron variant of the coronavirus is just as deadly as the Delta variant and said that over 100,000 children were in serious condition with COVID-19, with many on ventilators.

Justice Elena Kagan said something almost as shocking when she announced that “the government is paying for the medical services so they have the right to dictate details of those services.” It’s not just facts about COVID that are tripping up the justices. Sotomayor had a take that was almost as hot:

That might be how she’d like things to be, but then there’s the Constitution.

Exactly.

And she wasn’t alone.
