We were all for Kanye West’s interview with Tucker Carlson where he explained his “White Lives Matter” T-shirt. But if you read PolitiBunny’s VIP post the morning after West called for going DEFCON 3 on the Jews, you’ll know very well that she wasn’t “cheering” or “celebrating” him. But White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre seems to think that when Democrats say something racist or anti-Semitic, other Democrats hold them responsible.
We have a large archive of posts from 2019 when Speaker Nancy Pelosi had finally had enough of Rep. Ilhan Omar’s anti-Semitism and called for a resolution to be drawn up admonishing her. To make a long story short, Omar’s name didn’t even appear in the final resolution, which denounced all forms of racism. It was so watered down, Omar herself voted for it, and then had “a good laugh.”
And let’s not even get into all of the racist things President Joe Biden has said. We do know you can wear blackface or a Klan uniform and still keep your governorship.
