CO House Dems Vote Against Making Indecent Exposure to Minors a Felony to Protect Drag Shows

ImgFlip

I don't know who this member of the Colorado House is, but she seems like the Scott Wiener of California. Apparently, there's a piece of legislation in Colorado that would increase the penalty for indecent exposure to a class 6 felony if 1) the person knew a child under 15 was present and could see the exposure, and 2) the person exposing was more than 18 years old and more than four years older than the child.

They should have this law in Virginia, where, as we told you earlier, registered sex offender Richard Cox, who was in an Arlington High School locker room, masturbating in a shower stall with the curtain open in front of a woman and her young daughter.

As we reported, Cox is unhappy that the court keeps referring to him as "he," as he identifies as a woman. Here's "her" mugshot, to show just how feminine Cox is:

Anyway, this Democratic member of the Colorado House argued against the indecent exposure law, as she feared it would be weaponized against drag shows as well as men in women's bathrooms.

First, as sexualized as they are, drag shows aren't about indecent exposure, just indecency, and second, not allowing kids under 15 into drag shows is fine with me. It's adult entertainment, or used to be before shows like "RuPaul's Drag Race" inspired little boys to want to dress up.

This is exactly the kind of argument that Wiener would make up. "It'll be weaponized against the transgender community! Indecent exposure to minors is just part of the transgender culture, and we need to accept it."

Hence, the creation of the "all ages drag brunch." What better place to take your kids on a Sunday morning?

They actually think this is a good argument.
