Chinese Account Likes AI Propaganda Video Showing US Airman Bombing a Little Girl at School

X/@CENTCOM

I honestly don't know what to think about a girls' elementary school in Iran being struck with a missile. Obviously, if it was a mistake by the United States, that's terrible. President Donald Trump and Secretary of War say it's being investigated. As I said in an earlier post, the death toll rose from 36 to 150 to 165. It's hard to make out on this video, allegedly released by Iran, but it concludes in English, saying that 168 students were "martyred."

I've seen people, including Trump, that it was possibly a misfire by Iran. I've seen satellite photos showing that the school was located precariously near a handful of Iranian military installations. I've heard that the school was actually being used as a military installation, much as Hamas used hospitals as staging areas.

CNN reported last week that the U.S. military was likely responsible for the strike on the school:

"CNN and expert analysis."

On Monday, CNN, which is reporting from inside Iran with the permission of the regime, released the results of its new investigation, showing that U.S. and Israeli strikes had damaged hospitals, schools, and gyms.

A "new" video allegedly added evidence that it was a U.S. Tomahawk missile that struck the school.

That still reportedly proves it was a Tomahawk missile, but it must have been captured in profile because the wings are missing.

Now, the Iranians, or someone sympathetic to the Iranians, has released a "brutal" AI-generated video recreating the strike on the school by a U.S. bomber. We noticed it popped up on the China in English feed:

The lightning effects are pretty cheesy, and I'm certainly no austere religious scholar, but these girls seem too young to be wearing burkas to school.

"Brutal."

Yeah, not really.

I've got to say I'm completely unmoved by this video. That's not entirely correct … I actually care less now.
