Got that? North Carolina’s voter ID law will disenfranchise so many minority voters that they’ll get mad and vote in droves in coming elections, according to former Obama adviser David Plouffe.
Wait, how can they cast ballots if the law is somehow disenfranchising them? We’re not alone in asking that question:
