Brad Thor makes fitting 'Terminator' reference about HealthCare.gov

No kidding! HealthCare.gov wouldn’t be able to gain self awareness even if it gave up on itself and called the 800 number.

However, if HealthCare.gov were able to become self aware, this is what it might say:
