Irony overdose: O-care supporter Sen. Blumenthal wants UPS to refund customers for late delivery; Citizens slam

Because the service the government provides is continuously top notch and on time, Sen. Richard Blumenthal is taking his criticism to the private sector and calling on UPS to refund customers for packages that arrived late due to a heavier-than-expected late Christmas rush.

Blumenthal: I call on #UPS to..provide refunds to people whose Christmases were a little less cheery as a result of their late deliveries.
