'Hillary Clinton, email your office’: Is the AP 'now part of the vast right-wing conspiracy'?

The Obama administration is never in a rush to accommodate FOIA requests, but maybe this will speed things along (or maybe not):

The Associated Press filed a lawsuit Wednesday against the State Department to force the release of email correspondence and government documents from Hillary Rodham Clinton’s tenure as secretary of state.

The legal action comes after repeated requests filed under the U.S. Freedom of Information Act have gone unfulfilled. They include one request AP made five years ago and others pending since the summer of 2013.

A refreshing departure from other media suck-ups.

However, even if the suit is successful, the AP would only get access to emails Team Hillary chose to turn over to the State Department. The rest are gone.

The AP is suing to get Hillary's e-mails.
