Congressional Democrats along with Bill de Blasio (and some celebrities) have jumped on the fatal crash of an Amtrak train in Philadelphia by blaming lack of funding for the accident. In reality, the train was traveling around a curve at more than twice the speed limit when it derailed.
Larry Elder diagnosed the problem differently:
