Hillary Clinton has reportedly certified under penalty of perjury that she has turned all work-related emails over to the State Department. However, Hillary aide Cheryl Mills has said she would delete all emails in her possession, and Huma Abedin has proven elusive during State’s supposed effort to track her down.
