Here’s the “reasoning” behind behind that question:
Trey Gowdy, the chairman of the House Select Committee on Benghazi, wrote to the State Department in July alleging that certain Benghazi-related documents provided to the committee are “unnecessarily” and “improperly” marked as classified.
