In the last few days, the World Health Organization, an agency of the United Nations, named Robert Mugabe a “goodwill ambassador” but later rescinded it after outrage from human rights organizations and others. Tariq Nasheed thinks Mugabe’s “goodwill ambassador” honor being withdrawn is meant to send a message:
