President Trump’s quote (often taken out of context by the media) about MS-13 gang members being “animals” has caused many, including Marie Harf, to call the president “divisive” for using that word. On Fox News’ “Outnumbered,” Katie Pavlich took Harf to school about true “divisiveness”:
