You go, Spartacus! Cory Booker's Senate rule flip-flop shows he 'can't keep his grandstanding straight' [video]

Senator Cory Booker had his self-described “Spartacus moment” early when he said he would defy a Senate rule by releasing confidential documents related to Judge Brett Kavanaugh. Not long after having that potential footage for his 2020 campaign ad captured on tape, Sen. Spartacus then backtracked and claimed the rule he admitted to defying does not in fact exist:
