Dem Sen. Blumenthal shifts into spin overdrive after being shown FISA warrant tweet that has NOT aged well

Back in 2018, Democrat Sen. Richard Blumenthal sent a tweet that was destined to age like fine milk:

On CNN today, Blumenthal was asked about it, and his spin was almost enough to generate a funnel cloud, although he fell short of saying he was wrong:
