Yes, what is it with Joe Biden? He’s literally a heartbeat away from the presidency and yet his embarrassing touchy-feely antics continue unabated.

Eventually somebody will tell Biden to knock it off, right? We hope? Or does the Obama administration enjoy that the VP is the butt of late night jokes:
