'Stiffed': Apparently Evan McMullin still owes vendors almost $670,000 for his failed presidential campaign

It seems that one of the arguments put forward by the #NeverTrump movement was that then candidate Trump stiffed vendors. Pot, meet kettle:

Most of the money is owed to a law firm, but small businesses will be hit, too. From the article:

“From what I know, they do not have any capability or plans to pay all the vendors they still owe money,” says Tanner Leatham, owner and CEO of Utah-based Gathering Inc., which solicited signatures to get McMullin on the ballot in five states and is still owed more than $10,000. “They have told me they cannot pay us what they owe.”

McMullin has tweeted in the past about how “vendors” power the economy. Well, at least the taco-truck guy got paid — hopefully:

And he’s also lectured us on borrowing and spending:

Maybe he’s the one who needs the math refresher?
