'Actually embarrassing': For some reason, Politico's Sam Stein left out a bunch of bills Dems successfully filibustered

Politico’s Sam Stein listed “some recent bills that were defeated by filibuster along with the number of votes they got in the Senate”:

Um, “recent” bills?

These are not what we’d call recent:

And that’s because it was Dems doing the filibustering in the more recent years:

Boy is it weird how this totally nonpartisan journo would leave these out:

And this list may help him remember:

Not only this, but they would’ve crapped their pants if it was then-Majority Leader Mitch McConnell who nuked the filibuster as then-President Trump wanted him to do:

But now we no longer have a “functioning democracy”?
