'LOL': House Minority Whip Steny Hoyer puts his foot in his mouth again

Sometimes it seems that House Minority Whip Steny Hoyer (D-MD) is the Joe Biden of rich, old, white, Democrats who aren’t Joe Biden. He says some pretty stupid things at inappropriate times.

Today he was speaking at a rally for Maryland Gubernatorial Candidate Anthony Brown.

It looks like Hoyer is introducing a “Dorf on Politics” skit, but he was the one serving up the awkward comedy.

Well, Mikulski did spend ten years in the House of Representatives prior to becoming a Senator, so gerrymandering likely helped her get where she is.
