Fraud alert: Department of Justice to 'monitor' Wisconsin election tomorrow

By “monitor,” do they mean allow dead people to vote? Milwaukee is the new Chicago! Or will they “monitor” to ensure that no pesky identification, not even voter registration identification, is required? Hey, voter fraud is less likely to happen if people need to prove who they are! That doesn’t suit. Also, racism or something.
