Boston Marathon suspect Sunil Tripathi in a Che Guevara t-shirt? Update: Not a suspect, says NBC

Even before Sunil Tripathi was named on police scanner traffic late tonight as one of the Boston Marathon bombing suspects  being hunted tonight following the MIT shooting and Watertown gunfight, social media users on all sides of the political spectrum were buzzing about a photo of him in a Che Guevara t-shirt.

If Tripathi is indeed guilty of the barbaric terror of the past week and bloody night, that t-shirt is the least of our concerns.
