For those not keeping up with international affairs, allow us to remind you that today is the national day of Canada. On July 1st, Canada celebrates its British North America Act (or as we know it today, the Constitution Act), which was enacted in 1867. Three colonies were brought together to form the country we now call Canada.
Various celebrities throughout the world, both Canadian and non-Canadian alike, used Twitter today to give proper observance to this day.
