'Yes we can!': Chanting breaks out in Senate gallery after immigration vote

This afternoon, the Senate voted in favor of Shamnesty, 68 to 32. Shortly thereafter, despite halfhearted admonishment from Vice President Joe Biden, cheers and chants of “Yes we can!” rang out in the gallery:
