Media outlets have taken well-deserved heat for failing to cover the growing anti-Morsi protests across Egypt. Today, during its continuous Zimmerman Trial coverage, CNN deigned to show live protest footage — albeit silent footage — in the lower righthand corner of the screen:
But rapper Lupe Fiasco doesn’t need that kind of distraction. And neither, according to him, does the rest of America:
