'Beautiful tribute': Empire State Building honors slain NYPD Officer Randolph Holder [pics]

As Twitchy reported, last night, 33-year-old NYPD Officer Randolph Holder died after being shot in the line of duty. Tonight, the Empire State Building is paying tribute to his memory — and honoring the police officers who risk their lives to protect us:
