'Oh. Wait.' Did Bernie Sanders forget who's responsible for the 'disaster' that is Flint, Michigan?

In a recent interview with the New York Daily News editorial board, Bernie Sanders was asked about — among other things — our trade policies and how they’ve affected American workers. He cited Flint, Michigan, as a city whose economy is a “disaster” thanks to “disastrous policies.”

But who’s really responsible for that?
