He uses the concept of the period of time for the caravan to get to the US 4 times. He never defines what that period is.

If nothing else, at least Kristof’s “calculations” raise some valid questions:
690000 Americans will become homeless? 8850 Americans will die from guns? In such a short time span, why would anybody want to come to such a horrible country? should they turn around and go back?
