We assume Joe Biden is the bird, and Trump is the carcass. So maybe he’s suggesting that Joe Biden will be picking at the carcass of Donald Trump’s presidency after the election. But couldn’t we also just as easily interpret it as Joe Biden being a symbol of death, sent here to pick at the remains of something beautiful?
Of course, it’s also possible to interpret the symbolism this way, too:
